Custom File Tools

Your files. Your rules.

Start with a ready-made tool, or describe how you want to handle your files. Reuse it on its own or as a step in a workflow.

Start with a ready-made tool

These tools work without signing in or using AI. Open one, adjust its settings and try it with your files.

What can you customize?

  • Files: filter, rename, sort, group, remove duplicates and work with ZIP archives.
  • Images: resize, convert, crop, rotate, add text watermarks and make animations.
  • PDF: merge documents, split or extract pages, and convert between pages and images.
  • Video and audio: trim, resize, convert formats, extract audio and create GIF or WebP clips.

AI combines the operations available here. It cannot add missing codecs, recognize image contents or perform OCR. It will tell you when a task is outside its capabilities.

From a task to your own tool

  1. Describe the task

Tell us what files you have, how to process them and what you want to download.

  2. Try the result

AI puts together supported operations. Try a sample and adjust the settings or ask for a repair.

  3. Save and reuse

Save the tool for your next batch, or add it to a workflow with other steps.

Do I need an account?

Ready-made tools and saved tools run without an account. Creating or repairing with AI requires a verified sign-in and has usage limits.

Will my files be uploaded?

Files are processed in your browser. When you use AI, your task description and tool settings are sent to an AI model. Do not include private file contents in your description.

Can I keep or share a tool?

Save it in this browser or to your account. A workflow includes its custom tools, so a private sharing link lets others use a copy without listing it publicly.

What if AI gets it wrong?

Check the sample output before using it. You can adjust settings or ask for a repair; the original stays available until you accept a tested replacement.
